Solution 02

Become easier to trust.

Smart Web Presence. Your website, built around what a visitor actually came for and stripped of what they didn’t. It can be wired into the systems that turn a visit into a booking and keep the follow-up running afterwards, and it is written so a search engine or an AI assistant can quote it rather than crawl past it.

Your website, cut back to what a visitor actually came for. This is the one thing we build that isn’t fixing something broken. It’s the foundation the rest stands on — every visitor earned elsewhere and every call answered eventually lands here.

01 — What this is

Three problems, and looking good is none of them.

Solution 02 of 03 · the Be Trusted stage

A website that is legible to machines as well as people, wired directly into your booking or inquiry flow so nothing lands in a dead inbox, and kept current instead of needing a developer ticket for every small change.

Those are three different problems, and a site can look completely fine while failing all three.

What it can connect to

As much or as little of this as you want. A site that is only a site is a perfectly good outcome, and it is what a lot of businesses need. The rest is there when it earns its place:

  • Booking and enquiry — your calendar, so an enquiry becomes an appointment instead of an email somebody has to answer.
  • Your CRM — so the enquiry is recorded against the person rather than lost in an inbox.
  • Email follow-up — sequences that go out after the enquiry, written for what the person actually asked about.
  • SMS — reminders and replies by text, which is where a confirmation is most likely to be read.
  • Social replies — comments and messages on your accounts answered in the same place as everything else, instead of in four apps.

Each of these is a decision on its own, taken when it is worth taking. None of them is a condition of the website.

The argument in full is what a website has to do now that it didn’t have to do in 2019, with the research behind it. The machine-readable half is covered separately in schema markup in plain English.

How we build

  • You own it. Static, dependency-free, hosted in your own account. No monthly platform rent, no builder subscription that holds your site hostage.
  • It paints instantly. The first frame a visitor sees is already the finished design — no flash, no shift, no swap. That is what reads as expensive.
  • Facts as text. Prices, hours, services and answers are written text, never baked into an image. A machine can only quote what it can read.
  • One action. One thing you want a visitor to do, named the same way in every single place it appears.

Common questions

Our site already looks good. Why would that matter?

Looking fine to a person, being read correctly by a machine, and turning a visitor into a booking are three separate problems. A site can be handsome and lose on all three.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance?

Yes — and that’s the difference from a typical one-time build. It’s meant to be kept current, not handed over and forgotten. The hosting account stays in your name.

What if we already have a designer?

Then this is complementary rather than a replacement. It isn’t primarily a design service; it’s a functional one. Scope depends on where the friction actually is.

02 — The argument

Every dollar spent getting someone to your door is wasted if the door doesn’t open right.

This isn’t decoration. It’s the point where everything upstream either pays off or gets thrown away.
